MAINTENANCE TIPS

 

Rinse in fresh water and dry after every use.

Avoid contact with solvents, washing agents, oil and alcohol.

Damaged parts must immediately be replaced using original spare parts. 

Keep the mask away from sources of heat and direct sunlight and store in dry condition.

Avoid storing with other coloured items (wet suits, rubber fins, swimwear) to avoid transferring.

 

To ensure your future diving safety, do not use this mask before reading product manual.

It is important to fully understand its proper handling for safe usage.

This mask protects your eyes against direct contact with the water.

It complies with the requirements of 89/686/EEC directive and falls under category 1 of the PPE (personal protective equipment).

 

Always check every part including purge valve (if fitted) of the product before use.

If you suspect any defect or irregularities, do not use the mask.

Take it to an authorized TUSA dealer to have it checked.

Make sure the mask seals on you face without leakage.

Without using the headstrap, sniffing through the nose. If the mask retains its position for as long as the breath is held, the fit is satisfactory.

 

The mask is to be used exclusively for scuba diving and snorkeling. 

 

Do not use for other purposes.

 

The mask lenses are reinforced (tempered) glass.

However, it will shatter with strong impact.

Reckless diving, such as diving over your head or risking a collision with hard objects can result in damaging the mask and serious physical injury.

Do not disassemble the mask, attach parts or accessories that are not included in the specifications and do not modify the mask (e.g. extending its length.)

on your own. 

Such alterations could lead to serious accidents and will void any warranty.

Lense replacement must be done by an authorized dealer.
