Maintenance and Storage

To maintain the fins in optimum condition and enjoy safe pleasant diving in the future, be sure to wash the fins in fresh water as soon as possible after diving.

After washing the fins in fresh water, use a dry cloth to remove all moisture and store the fins in a well ventilated area out of direct sunlight.

Do not dry the fins in direct sunlight or leave in the car or on a boat in summer, near the heater or anywhere else subject to extreme high temperature.

The heat and ultraviolet rays could damage and shorten the life of the fins.

If the fins become soiled, wash with neutral cleaning agent diluted with water to the percentage indicated by the manufacturer (instructions on the container).

Then completely remove any residual cleaning agent with running water.

If strong cleaning agents are used or the equipment is inserted directly in the cleaning agent so that some of the agent remains on the fins, the cleaning agent could enter the plastic materials, causing cracks and similar damage.

Safety Warnings

Always check every part of the fins before use.

If you suspect any defect or irregularities, do not use the fins.

Take them to an authorized dealer to have them checked.
